While the smiling and frowning exercises mentioned above will help in this somewhat, you may also want to try the following: Tilt your head back so you are looking at the ceiling and then open and close your lower jaw to tighten the muscles there. It’s very effective and can be done easily while watching TV during commercial breaks.
All this exercise should be done at least 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. But you can smile anytime you want without limitations. These exercises only take a small amount of your time but of very big benefits. Be surprise of the results.
