Use Corner Shower For Small Bathrooms
October 9, 2009
Small showers can be a wonderful space saving option in smaller bathrooms. The selection that is obtainable can be as tiny as 30 inches. There are various bigger, fancy models that can be a fun addition in a bathing room suite with a independent bath tub. Which ever path you are choosing, a corner bathtub shower could be the best way to go.
A couple months back, we faced a mold crisis in our current guest bathroom. It needed the whole thing be stripped out of the home interior down to the studs. At this time we realized that the shower was actually built into the room. When we wished to replace the fixture, it was either slash a hole in the wall to bring about in a new bath tub or else go a another road. We decided to go with a corner shower.
The corner shower was simple to get into the space – we immediately turned it sideways and carried it into the bathing room. We chose to just get the corner bathtub base and to make the walls ourselves applying ceramic tiles. It was also shockingly easy to install, although we hired a plumber to do the serious pipe labor. The latest corner shower opened up the room and made it appear and feel twice as big.
The little bathroom shower stall is just right for the guest space. The experience with it was so pleasurable that I’m now taking into consideration another corner bathtub in our master bathroom. This time I desire to go overboard and get one of the convenient corner showers that have multiple shower heads and doubles as a steam bathroom.
If you require a creative way to open up a small bathroom space, a corner shower could be the solution. There are more and more to decide from, but generally all of them are quick and simple to install.
